Cancellation Policy
7 Days or more – Full refund minus a 10% processing fee
7 days to 48 hours – 50% refund
48 hours or sooner – No refund
Group Reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days before arrival minus a 10% processing fee
Group Reservations 14 to 7 days – 50% refund
Group Reservations – 7 days or sooner – No refund
No shows will be charged 1 day and their reservation will be cancelled
Text and email notifications of cancellations or changes are not accepted.
If You Need to Cancel: Please call 505-416-5870 before the deadline listed above to receive your deposit refund, minus any cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after the deadline above will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
