Monthly Site Rental

Santa Fe Rancheros RV Park is now accepting applications for monthly renters with a move-in special!

Spring Move-In Monthly Special: Move in by May 1, and rent for the first month is $900 plus electricity for the first month, minimum stay 3 months. Starting the second month, rent is $1200/mo. plus electric. A $150 electric deposit and background check are required for move in. 

We can accommodate motorhomes up to 40 feet long, 5th wheels and trailers up to 35 feet long for monthlies in our back-in sites.  RV’s must be 10 years or younger. Exceptions can be made for rigs in good condition, per manager approval. All vehicles must fit on your site. Outdoor appliances are not allowed.
